Personal Fall Protection Equipment (PFPE) Inspector

Provides delegate with the technical knowledge and exposure in order that they are able to carry out ‘competent persons’ inspections on equipment.

Description

To provide the delegate with the technical knowledge and exposure to damaged equipment in order that they are able to carry out ‘competent persons’ inspections of fall protection equipment.

This course is for people who are responsible for the inspection and record keeping of fall protection equipment, as required by legislation including the Work at Height Regulations 2005.

Practical

  • Inspection of fall protection equipment
  • Recording of equipment inspections

Certification Valid: 3 years

Prerequisites

Delegates must be experienced in the use of PFPE, definition of ‘competent’ includes experience of the equipment you are inspecting.
