This course covers the health and safety measures and requirements for working on rooftops. It includes the associated hazards, looks at different control measures, safety systems and use of equipment. 

This course is for individuals who are required to access or work on rooftops of any buildings or structures.

Unlike many other rooftop workers safety courses it also includes a practical whereby individuals attend a working rooftop and undertake practical working in restraint/fall arrest techniques.

Certification is valid for 3 years.

Prerequisites

Protective footwear and gloves are required for the practical elements of the course.

All attendees should be medically fit to work.
